Warranty Period

The warranty is one year from the date of original purchase.

Warranty services for certain specific markets are subject to the warranty policy of local distributor.

Warranty Coverage

Products purchased through legitimate authorized channels and within the warranty period that are damaged due to non-human and non-force majeure causes.

During the product warranty period, we recommend that you prioritize contacting the seller or local distributor. 

To ensure that you can enjoy warranty services, please provide valid product invoice or receipt, product serial number, and detailed product problem descriptions.

Exclusions from the Warranty

  1. Second-hand product.
  2. The serial number of the product or the invoice/receipt of the product has been altered, deleted, crossed out, or torn.
  3. Damage from physical abuse such as dropping the unit, impact from hard objects or damage to external components as a result of negligence.
  4. Damage due to liquid contamination.
  5. Damage resulting from any use other than that it was intended for.
  6. Any unit that has been repaired or had an attempted repair made to it by unauthorized personnel.
  7. Damage due to incorrect connection, connection to faulty equipment or connection to faulty or incorrect power supplies.
  8. Damage intransit as a result of inadequate packaging or protection.
  9. Damage due to force majeure, such as earthquake, fire, lightning, flood, hurricane and so on.
