Issue Description: When updating the GP series firmware on Windows 11, the device is not recognized correctly, causing the firmware update to fail. This is typically due to a compatibility issue between the system's automatically installed MIDI driver and the firmware update tool.
Solution: Manually switch the driver to the generic "USB Audio Device" driver.
Locate Sound, video and game controllers in the list and expand it;
Find your GP device in the list.
Click Next to complete the installation.
Note: If you don't see "USB Audio Device" in the list, ensure that the "Show compatible hardware" checkbox is checked.

A: Windows 11 automatically installs a dedicated MIDI driver for the device. However, the firmware update tool requires the device to operate in generic USB Audio mode to work properly.
A: Please ensure the GP device is securely connected to your computer via USB and that its indicators are lit. If it still doesn't appear, try a different USB cable or port, or click the "Scan for hardware changes" icon in the Device Manager toolbar.
